Although Pablo had never worked on the .NET platform I could tell by the way he interacted with the marketing team that he understood the rudiments of programming, regardless of platform and therefore could learn it. He is one of those gems who is a disciplined self‐starter while capable of taking direction. And, in fact, he requests critique and takes it in without judgement.

In all my interactions with Pablo, he has been a dedicated professional who goes above and beyond to deliver great work. He often would go out of his way to recommend better solutions and ideas to optimize work outcomes and address problems. He is a problem solver and a can do person I highly trust.

Pablo was known for his vision and 'big-picture' thinking, and he was diligent in continuing that progress towards seamless and high quality public library service. He implemented and managed infrastructure for web pages and design, for online calenders and databases, and our social media accounts.
